Hi, I’m Felisa, Founder of Growth Ravens and your Fractional COO, CFO or Advisory Partner.
I know firsthand how challenging it can be to scale a business while juggling the complexities of operations, team leadership, and growth strategy. That’s why I’ve dedicated my career to helping service-focused leaders like you achieve clarity, develop high-performing teams that balance with wellness, and scale sustainably.
With Growth Ravens, I offer more than just been-there-done-that expertise. I’m a partner who’s deeply invested in your success. My approach is thoughtful, strategic, and entirely tailored to you, so you can spend less time managing chaos and more time leading with confidence.
Thank you for taking the time to read this page. I appreciate your thoughtfulness in considering if we’re a mutual fit.
The Raven Difference
Flexible Agility

Like a raven, I blend big-picture vision with a sharp focus on details, effortlessly pivoting between strategic insights and tactical execution. Ravens are known for their intelligent creativity—they soar high to see the big picture and dive into the smallest details when needed. This dual ability mirrors my approach: I’ll help you map out your long-term vision while collaborating with your team to solve tactical challenges with precision and care.
Max of 2 Fractional Clients

I’m not here to scale my own business, I’m here to help you scale yours. By limiting my engagements to no more than two fractional CxO engagements and a select few in advisory roles, you have my attention.
And when specialized expertise is required, I rely on a trusted network of professionals I have personally worked with to deliver exceptional results.
Been In Your Shoes

The roles: Having served as a CEO, COO, CFO, and Founder, I understand the complexities of scaling a business, managing teams, and navigating overwhelming transformational change. I also know what it’s like to work nonstop (but I made changes to reclaim balance and can help you do the same).
The sizes: In addition, I’ve consulted from startups to the Fortune 100, and led teams of up to 1,000.
The exit strategies: I’ve helped founders retire or shift to part-time, and played key roles in companies getting acquired by Microsoft, Salesforce and GE.
Now, I channel that experience into helping small to medium businesses (SMBs) create workplaces that work for them—not the other way around.
From Do-ers to Leaders

Great businesses are built by great teams. One of the biggest challenges in scaling is helping leaders, at all levels, shift from being doers in the details to becoming confident managers and impactful leaders—individuals who empower their teams and inspire innovation. At Growth Ravens, I focus on developing these key team members, ensuring they have the skills, mindset, and alignment needed to lead effectively and drive sustainable growth.
My experience runs deep. Whether it’s providing individual coaching or leading by example, I’ve helped shape leaders at every level. I developed a director program for a professional services firm and have taught at the Ivy League level, contributing to the CEO Program for Columbia Business School. Additionally, I’ve guided over 100 executives through leadership programs at the University of Cambridge Judge Business School. These experiences reflect my passion for equipping leaders with the tools and confidence to take their organizations to the next level.
Who Are You?
Great partnerships start with alignment. Growth Ravens is best suited for founders and leaders who:
- Recognize that what got them here may not be what gets them to the next level. This includes shifting from being the central hero to becoming a strong, supportive leader.
- Love what they do (when they actually have the time to do it).
- Desire meaningful progress and understand it’s often harder than quick fixes.
- Are open to feedback and collaborative problem-solving.
- May not be a rule follower, but recognize that structure is essential for building an effective team.
If this sounds like you, we might be a great mutual fit.
