A fractional executive is a fully integrated executive that offers leadership on a part-time basis. You get the expertise and strategic support of a C-level leader, without the cost or commitment of a full-time hire.

How is this different from a consultant?

Consultants typically advise from the outside, and managers execute within a narrow scope.

I take a different, more holistic approach. While part of my background is in consulting, I much rather lead from the inside. I want to help shape the direction, reduce your workload and make sure things get done the right way.
